Job Overview

Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd is a leading financial services company that specialises in fleet management, vehicle leasing, and salary packaging. As an expert fleet accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Process finance rentals, terminations, and final settlements (RV or Balloon payment) transactions to various financiers within the lease portfolio and other 3rd party payments.
  • Process urgent funding requests, review daily new business applications, correct errors, and communicate with relevant financiers.
  • Analyse and investigate discrepancies between SG Fleet systems and financier systems, including arrears investigations, and identify live system data errors related to the Financial make-up of a lease, including Financier Issue Management online system.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in reconciliations or general ledger is required.
  • Ability to solve problems and follow through to complete resolution.
  • Intermediate/Advance Excel skills are necessary, together with experience in working with spreadsheets and providing analysis on trends and movements.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems.
  • Proven customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise.
  • Strong technical/numerical skills and knowledge and is thorough and accurate.
