We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Recruit Shop Pty Ltd. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office functions, and supporting the growth of our business.
### Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently handle data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
* Maintain a productive and engaging workplace environment, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
* Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
* Manage standard office functions, including invoicing and sending quotes, with attention to detail and timeliness

### Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success
* Strong work ethic, with a drive to succeed and grow, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
* Excellent multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
