Job Summary

About the Role

The Leading Teacher will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives related to the school strategic plan and school priorities. This will involve working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in curriculum planning and delivery, and will be able to lead and manage the development of curriculum in a major learning area. They will also be responsible for leading and managing staff performance and development, and will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
