Become an integral part of our dedicated team at YHA Cape Byron as a Part-Time Guest Experience Coordinator and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to support both the front desk and housekeeping teams on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining the property's high standards, in line with YHA's esteemed reputation.

Responsibilities include:

Front Desk

Providing excellent customer service to guests, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, answering queries, and offering helpful local knowledge and recommendations. Checking in and out guests, providing them with valuable information to enhance their stay, resolving any concerns or disputes, and escalating when necessary.

Housekeeping

Refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the property remains immaculately clean.
