About the Role

  • As a key member of our Central Reservations Team, you will be responsible for managing group bookings across our network of properties.
  • You will provide seamless and enjoyable booking experiences for all guests, ensuring their stays are nothing short of exceptional.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers via email, phone, and live chat.
  • We seek a personable and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating lasting impressions.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in confidently booking their stay at our properties across Australia.
  • Handle new bookings as well as amendments and cancellations.
  • Answer questions, make recommendations, and proactively provide information to enhance guests' stays.
  • Collaborate with your team and escalate queries to managers or individual properties when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a sales or contact centre environment.
