About the Role
- As a key member of our Central Reservations Team, you will be responsible for managing group bookings across our network of properties.
- You will provide seamless and enjoyable booking experiences for all guests, ensuring their stays are nothing short of exceptional.
- This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers via email, phone, and live chat.
- We seek a personable and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating lasting impressions.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in confidently booking their stay at our properties across Australia.
- Handle new bookings as well as amendments and cancellations.
- Answer questions, make recommendations, and proactively provide information to enhance guests' stays.
- Collaborate with your team and escalate queries to managers or individual properties when necessary.

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a sales or contact centre environment.
