The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our discerning guests. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, handling guest queries, and providing recommendations on our range of luxury amenities and services.

We offer a competitive salary of **$60,000 - $80,000 per annum**, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes free buffet meals, uniforms laundered daily, and 30% staff discounts across our award-winning venues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest details and processing payments efficiently.
  • Make personalized recommendations on our luxury amenities and services, including dining, entertainment, and leisure activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
