The Job
We're seeking a charismatic and exuberant individual who can effortlessly blend professionalism with playfulness. As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you'll create unique and extraordinary stays for our guests by delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating telephone switchboard stations
- Being the first point of contact on the phones
- Ensuring rates match market codes and documenting exceptions
- Verifying and adjusting billing for guests
- Communicating to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room
- Advising guests of messages
- Clearing departures in computer systems
- Coordinating with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns
- Filing guest paperwork or documentation
- Running and checking daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports
- Supplying guests with directions and information
- Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; following up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction
- Counting and securing bank at the beginning and end of shift
- Cashing guests' checks, processing all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and providing change
- Notifying Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft
The Salary
This exciting role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
