We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Marketing Operations who will drive strategic platform capabilities and integrations across our Martech stack to acquire, grow, engage, nurture, and personalize customer experiences throughout the funnel.

The ideal candidate will curate programs of work, integrating platforms to enhance personalization and experience for prospects and customers. Reporting to the Growth Director, Martech & Operations, this individual will build and support strategic roadmaps of capability while championing platform capabilities.

This role involves leading the vision and roadmap of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), aligned to Growth OKRs. Key responsibilities include planning, building, and implementing use-cases that drive growth and marketing initiatives, applying expertise to support opportunity analysis, prioritization, and balance trade-offs, and maintaining a well-prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.

In addition, this Senior Manager will manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritization is understood and agreed upon, plan and lead requirements for Data & Analytics teams to develop dashboards measuring the effectiveness of growth and marketing initiatives, and collaborate with Data Engineers to design, develop, and implement new data pipelines within our Martech stack.
