Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at 360HR Solutions. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure each event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including vendor management and on-site coordination.
  • Develop and implement event marketing and promotional strategies, including invitations, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
  • Oversee event registration and attendee management, including RSVP tracking and onsite check-in.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with speakers and presenters to ensure schedules are followed.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary certificate in Events Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet event deadlines.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate within a small team.
