We are seeking an experienced Associate Events Producer to join our team at Apex Event Recruitment. As an Associate Events Producer, you will be responsible for the management and execution of client events, from initial brief to post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication throughout the event planning process.
- Attend internal and customer briefings to discuss project details and creative ideas.
- Conduct team and client meetings to ensure project progress and timelines are met.
- Develop and maintain critical path, run sheets, and production schedules to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.
- Support senior producers with administrative tasks, such as creating proposals, contracts, and production documents.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the overall idea generation of event design and ensure all projects exceed client expectations.
- Experience working as an Associate Producer, Event Coordinator, or Production Coordinator in a creative agency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Exceptional client management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced skill level in MS Office applications.
- Strong team player with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent risk management skills and ability to break new ground through initiative and commercial acumen.
- Ability to travel domestically for events when required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
