About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Crystalbrook Collection Hotels in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated and professional team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving hotel success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Front Office team to deliver outstanding service and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including shift logs and guest feedback.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems.

Salary Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
