Front Office Operations Manager

At Grupo Mantra, we are seeking a motivated professional to join our dedicated Front Office Team as an Assistant Manager.
As our next Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Front Office operations of the property, handling guest complaints efficiently, and supervising and monitoring Team Members with true leadership ability.
We are looking for a vibrant and outgoing personality who can engage with guests and ensure they have a memorable stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel at all times.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within a hotel environment, knowledge of Sihot PMS, and previous experience in a Front Office leadership hospitality role.
