Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests, providing excellent customer service and driving people management, guest feedback, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise guest arrivals and departures, including handling guest queries and complaints
  • Ensure that room allocations and check-in/check-out processes follow set procedures
  • Prepare Front Office monthly reports
  • Supervise lobby services
  • Liaise with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation
  • Work closely with Maintenance to ensure maintenance requests are completed quickly
  • Manage and support the Front Office team, including coaching, training, and performance management
Requirements:
  • Previous 3-5 years' experience in a Front Office role
  • First Aid Certificate and RSA required
  • Knowledge of another language preferred
  • Discretion with guest interactions
  • Great attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
