About the Role:
The Patient Revenue Services Officer will be responsible for undertaking billing, receipting and collections processes for Eastern Health in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
This role requires an individual who is flexible and able to perform all tasks related to the billing of accounts and collection of outstanding monies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing, receipting and collections processes
- Manage workflow to deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Provide excellent customer service, either in person or phone based
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, MS Office including Word and Excel
About You:
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement
