Occupational Therapist

Eastern Health is one of Melbourne's largest public health services, providing a range of emergency, surgical, medical, and general healthcare services.
We are seeking an experienced Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our team at Box Hill Hospital, working on the Acute Stroke, Neurology, and Renal units.
This role involves the provision of direct clinical care, supporting complex decision-making, and efficient discharge planning to enhance patient outcomes and flow.
The successful applicant will have opportunities to supervise students and staff and will be well-supported by the grade 3 and grade 4 clinical lead occupational therapists.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience working in acute occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement for this role. An offer of employment is conditional on providing evidence of current vaccination status.
