Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating world-class customer service and guest experiences in our retail stores.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with guests, assess their needs, and provide customized solutions and support. You will also be responsible for delivering top-quality product education, sharing the value and benefit of our products, and facilitating seamless end-to-end guest experiences.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing their time and providing personalized support.
  • Assess guest needs to provide effective purchase and return solutions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Deliver technical product education, articulating the value and benefits of our products to guests.
  • Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences by conducting transactions and executing market-relevant programs according to company standards.
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and address store or guest needs.
  • Receive feedback from guests and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
