
Executive Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Guest Services professional to join our team. As a key member of our reception and hosting operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and lobby hosting experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Additionally, they will have experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment, or event management. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Excel, Outlook) are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless experience
Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams
Rotate across locations as required and oversee daily functions
Coordinate same-day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements
Manage bookings and cancellations in MRBS
Support performance reviews and ensure set objectives are met
Ensure operational standards are maintained and improved
Assist with administrative duties and project work as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment or event management
Administrative skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
