Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Agent to play a pivotal role in crafting an extraordinary guest experience. Working alongside a dynamic Front Office team, you'll embody our hotel's spirit as an ambassador, creating personalized experiences that leave guests eager to return.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times
  • Create personalized and memorable experiences for each guest
  • Foster genuine relationships with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with efficiency and warmth
