About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ERP transformation project. As the Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the data migration workstream and ensuring the successful implementation of our new Dynamics 365 system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration strategy to ensure seamless transition of data from our existing ERPs to Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data migration requirements and develop tools and processes to facilitate data collection and cleansing.
  • Design and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure accurate and reliable data migration.
  • Develop and execute a data migration test plan and manage the execution of data quality migrations, dress rehearsals, and cutover plans.
Requirements
  • Completed or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong experience in leading and executing data migration workstreams for ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of creating key data migration products, including data migration strategies, specifications, data governance processes, data profiling and quality processes, testing and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Experience in assessing and identifying data migration impacts across other workstreams within a business transformation program or ERP project.
  • Experience in data migration patterns, including structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with data engineering, data quality, and data cleansing activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies and the practical application of these practices to deliver results.
