Emeco Group, a world leader in heavy earthmoving equipment, is embarking on a digital transformation project to consolidate two aging ERPs into Dynamics 365. We're seeking an experienced ERP Technical Business Analyst (Finance) for a 2-year fixed-term contract at our Osborne Park office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with various business units to assess the feasibility of their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify issues, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions, outlining their business impacts.
  • Be hands-on throughout all testing phases.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training for stakeholders and end users.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed ERP application system documentation.
  • Assist in data migration and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a Business Analysis role.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system implementations (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Finance business domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in facilitating testing and training activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
