**About the role**

Reporting to the **Asset Management Group Systems and Reliability Manager**, you will be responsible for improving our Asset Management maturity and effectiveness by the implementation, development and on-going management of the MinRes Asset Management Tool (AMT) and related business processes.

This position will be based at our world-class head office in Osborne Park on a Monday to Friday roster and may require ad-hoc travel to various sites once you are established in the role.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead the implementation of the Asset Management solution (AMT)
- Support business on improving processes, systems, data, and analytics
- Leverage AMT data to identify high value business improvement opportunities
- Support Lifecycle Management and Work Management improvement
- Support Strategies and Master Data improvement
- Support Budgeting, Cost Control and Major Components management
- Implement Asset Condition data into AMT to improve business decision making
- Ensure AMT design and implementation aligns with overarching ERP/EAM
- Drive change by engaging and collaborating with internal and external vendors
- Enhance our people’s capabilities through training, coaching and mentoring

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience on implementation of RPM AMT Solution
- Knowledge of ERP/CMMS systems - Dynamics, AMT, Pronto, SAP
- Extensive knowledge of mobile mining fleet Asset Management processes
- Practical experience implementing AMT within a resources company
- Practical experience establishing Project Management Plans and Project Controls
- Sound knowledge of Lifecycle management, Work Management, Budgeting
- Sound knowledge of Strategy Management, Master Data Management
- Understanding of Supply and materials/spares management
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
