Emeco Group is a world leader in maximizing the performance of heavy earthmoving equipment. Founded in 1972, the company has operations in all key mining regions of Australia and serves prominent mining companies and contractors across coal, gold, copper, bauxite, and iron ore.

We are embarking on a multi-year digital transformation project to consolidate two aging ERPs into Dynamics 365. As part of this project, we seek an experienced ERP Technical Business Analyst (Finance) for a 2-year fixed-term contract at our Osborne Park office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model current and future business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements to ensure seamless ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with various business units to assess the feasibility of their requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify issues, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions, outlining their business impacts.
  • Participate in testing phases to ensure the ERP system meets our business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training for stakeholders and end-users to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed ERP application system documentation.
  • Assist in data migration and provide post-implementation support to ensure the ERP system integrates smoothly with our existing infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on ERP system implementations.
  • Proven experience in Finance business domain and deep knowledge of ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business processes.
  • Confident in facilitating testing and training activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
