Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Accor. As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans for our hotels in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and promote special offers and packages.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suites, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
