Job Description

As a Key Account Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our team to execute strategic business growth plans and contribute to the broader business strategy. Your focus will be on maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent, providing exceptional support as a true recruitment business partner.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Identify and acquire top talent for our clients
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
  • Talent Relationship Management: Foster connections with talented individuals and provide guidance on their career development

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)
  • Strong proactive sales experience and ability to develop business acumen and strategic capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and talent
  • Experience in managing deliverables to clients and demonstrating billing capability
  • Collaborative nature and willingness to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment
