Milestone IT is proud to be partnering with a prestigious organization in Melbourne's CBD, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join their Information & Communication Technology team.

Our client delivers exceptional services to individuals and businesses across Victoria, specializing in education services. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in content management systems (TRIM) to provide top-notch support and advice to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer support for TRIM-related queries and issues.
  • Utilize analysis skills to provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Promote customized support for the TRIM product, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with HPE Content Manager (TRIM) system administration is essential.
  • Candidate must be confident in conducting training sessions, leveraging various formats such as one-on-one, group classes, or online platforms.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in using case logging systems and responding to support calls.
  • Proven system troubleshooting skills, particularly in HPE Content Manager, with knowledge of Windows-based computers being advantageous.
  • Able to engage effectively with the team, ask questions, and contribute to configuration, training, and engagement activities.
  • Process-driven individual who can work through complex processes and apply them consistently to future tasks, especially when dealing with support calls.
  • Skilled at handling workloads consistently, even under pressure, when dealing with support calls, training, and engagement.
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
