Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site field system support to customers and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software support, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site field system support to customers and field personnel
  • Resolve technical problems on customer hardware and software infrastructure
  • Develop and implement hardware installation plans for customers
  • Provide specialist product knowledge to support high-level escalations and complex installations

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent with 5+ years experience in a technical role
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Indepth knowledge of hardware product range and product installation
  • Proven customer management support skills
