About the Role

In this key position at Engineering Networks Pty Ltd, you will lead the charge in managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive visit plan for the QLD region, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Forecast market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region, using industry insights and market trends.
  • Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers, leveraging the company's expertise in fluid power and power transmission solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
  • Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies, with a focus on fluid power and power transmission solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
