We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and diversification across various streams.


This role requires significant business acumen and a growth mindset, with experience in driving revenue growth initiatives, leading strategy development and implementation, business or customer service delivery, framework development, policy, and process development, along with driving successful change and transformation in a complex environment.


You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across a diverse range of Council services and external partners, including other government and related entities, to foster a culture of accountability and agility while providing strategic and authoritative advice on both the short and medium-term outlook, as well as the long-term revenue outlook.


To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate evidence of capabilities in Council's Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture, as well as extensive experience at an executive level in a similar organisation driving revenue growth initiatives, leading strategy development and implementation, business or customer service delivery, framework development, policy, and process development, along with driving successful change and transformation in a complex environment.


In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive base salary of $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and inclusive team.


The ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial acumen and end-to-end business development experience, including the development of new initiatives, programs, and partnerships, as well as demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate, influence, and manage complex and challenging issues in a sensitive environment using highly effective relationship building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
