Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
- Maintaining accurate rooms inventory control systems to ensure maximum occupancy of the hotel.
- Preparing budgets and business plans, as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a revenue management role with an exceptional understanding of revenue management principles and proven success driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- A passion for hotels and a winning drive, which you enjoy sharing with others.
- Exceptional proactive communication skills both verbal and written to navigate stakeholder environments.
