Customer Service Manager

About the Role:
As the Customer Service Manager at Myer, you will be responsible for leading the Service & Selling teams to success by delivering superior customer service and making profitable sales. You will champion the Customer First Plan, manage day-to-day operations, and drive sales.
About You:
- Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar is required.
- Fashion or soft goods experience is advantageous but not essential.
- You must have people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach to providing coaching and development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs is essential.
- Experience in performance management will be highly regarded.
- Superior customer service and selling skills are required.
- Strong retail, financial, and business acumen are necessary.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritizing and meeting deadlines are essential.
