We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our Emerging Corporate Team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our Diversified customer base.

As a Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system, and governance.

About the Role
  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.
  • Provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests.
  • Support the management of a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Partners and other stakeholders, to fulfil customer needs. Your ability to engage with diverse teams will also be an asset in this role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent data analysis skills, collecting, profiling, and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions. Additionally, they will have strong customer solutioning skills, supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services.

You will also require credit analysis skills, assessing a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate effective relationship management skills, building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
