About the Role

As an Assistant Manager in our Emerging Corporate Team, you'll play a key role in helping to maintain and grow our Emerging Corporate customer base. The purpose of this role is to partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system and governance.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment processes.

You will act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach. You will proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.

You will provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests. You will support the management of a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers. You will collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customer needs.

You will engage diversified teams when required. To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Data analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
  • Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
