This role involves developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for top hospitality venues in Australia.

  • Create and distribute newsletters via email marketing platforms.
  • Produce engaging Instagram content and manage paid social media advertising.
  • Oversee pixel management and implement on-site SEO strategies.
  • Manage Google My Business and Maps listings.
  • Develop and market event concepts.
  • Contribute to brand development and strategy.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and photographers.
  • Conduct reporting, analysis, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant marketing or a marketing agency role.
  • Knowledge of Meta paid advertising, email marketing, website content, social media, and SEO.
  • Strong copywriting and caption writing skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content, including reels and Instagram feed curation.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week from the Sydney office.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation. The company offers a fun social culture, hybrid work options, and based in the CBD - Sydney location.
