About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Performance team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our in-house marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated campaigns to drive acquisition growth.

As a champion of digital marketing, you will work closely with internal teams to develop new acquisition ideas and bring them to market. Your primary focus will be on driving online leads and engagement through paid channels such as Search, Social, Display, Video, and Partnerships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading professionals and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against marketing and business objectives
  • Ideate new acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to test and scale them
  • Manage digital activity across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Assist in managing digital partnerships, including paid links, EDMs, and content
  • Analyse data using internal tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce, to identify areas of opportunity and drive digital integration across all marketing activities
  • Provide ongoing support for national advertising media plans across offline and online media
  • Work closely with state-based marketing managers to support regional marketing programs and deliver state and regional acquisition targets
  • Budget management, including budgeting, requisitioning, and invoicing
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on campaign strategy and execution
  • Experience with Google Ads is essential; programmatic experience with DV360 is preferred
  • Proven ability to think strategically, manage projects, and accurately report results
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
