Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at S2M Digital Recruitment.

Salary

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + Super per annum is on offer.

About the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for some of Australia's top hospitality venues.

You will work closely with design and technical teams to deliver successful strategies and reports.

This is a client-facing role, so prior experience in account management is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and distribute engaging newsletters via email marketing platforms.
  • Develop compelling Instagram content and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Oversight of pixel management and implementation of on-site SEO strategies.
  • Management of Google My Business and Maps listings.
  • Conceptualization and marketing of events.
  • Contribution to brand development and strategy.
  • Collaboration with freelancers and photographers.
  • Reporting, analysis, and provision of actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant marketing or a marketing agency role.
  • Knowledge of Meta paid advertising, email marketing, website content, social media, and SEO.
  • Strong copywriting and caption writing skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content, including reels and Instagram feed curation.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week from our Sydney office.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
