As the Email Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive sales growth.

  • Email Database Management: Manage and grow our email list by identifying target audiences and implementing effective email marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and optimize direct email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
  • Email Content Creation: Craft compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
  • Template Development: Design and develop mobile-friendly email templates that showcase our brand's personality and style.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Lead who can drive our email marketing efforts forward and help us achieve our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or a related field
  • Proven expertise in HTML, content management systems, and marketing automation technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
