About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing marketing agency that specializes in the hospitality industry, with teams based in Sydney and Melbourne. They work with diverse clients nationwide, including restaurants, bars, and wedding venues, and are known for their performance-driven culture and commitment to delivering top-notch results.

Competitive Salary Package

The salary for this role is approximately $82,000 + superannuation, plus additional benefits such as a fun social culture and hybrid work options, all located in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for some of Australia's top hospitality venues. You will be responsible for creating successful strategies and reports while collaborating with design and technical teams. As a client-facing role, prior experience in account management is advantageous.

  • Create and distribute engaging newsletters via email marketing platforms.
  • Develop compelling content for Instagram and manage paid social media advertising.
  • Oversee pixel management and implement on-site SEO strategies.
  • Manage online presence through Google My Business and Maps listings.
  • Conceptualize and market event ideas.
  • Contribute to brand development and strategy.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and photographers.
  • Analyze data, provide actionable insights, and conduct reporting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant marketing or a marketing agency role.
  • Knowledge of Meta paid advertising, email marketing, website content, social media, and SEO.
  • Strong copywriting and caption writing skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content, including reels and Instagram feed curation.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week from the Sydney office.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
