Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Brand and Channels team at Stockland. This is a permanent, full-time role that will play a crucial part in delivering and monitoring digital media campaigns for the national Masterplanned Communities and Land Lease Communities Always On program.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing Manager, and Stockland's agencies to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Social, Display, and Search.
A key responsibility of this role will be to liaise with internal Marketing Managers across the country and Stockland's agencies to brief in new and updated creative across all digital campaigns. You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, using tools such as FB Business Manager.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to respond to internal and external queries about digital marketing performance with confidence and accuracy. You will also build relationships with key stakeholder groups, including internal marketing teams, production agency, media agency, and other partners, to achieve outstanding digital campaigns that enhance the image and reputation of Stockland.

To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent, experience working in a client role managing a significant performance media budget, and strong competency of digital channels, including Social, Display, and Search. Data-driven analysis and thinking, exposure to direct response campaigns, and excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also essential.
We offer an estimated annual salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000, depending on your level of experience. If you are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Open Work Visa holder with more than 12 months validity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
