We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our dynamic Retail team in the Melbourne office. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into the insurance industry while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients, third parties, and insurers.
- Manage a healthy volume of incoming calls and emails day-to-day and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Identify insurable risks and work alongside colleagues to design and negotiate appropriate insurance solutions for the client.
- Promote WTW's brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally.
- Experience as a Customer Experience Consultant or Account Broker within the insurance or insurance broking industry, or strong customer service skills gained from a call center or similar environment.
- Proven ability to understand and meet a client's needs.
- Tier 2 qualification (or a willingness to work towards it), and Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification is highly regarded but not required.
- Reasonable level of competency in Word and Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and excellent organization and time management skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment and willing to help colleagues and peers in times of need.
