Role Overview

Hub Australia is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This dynamic role will provide exceptional experiences for our members and guests, showcasing the best of our hospitality and customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create tailored experiences for members and guests, ensuring seamless interactions and memorable moments.
  • Manage daily inquiries, booking requests, and correspondence, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Develop and implement creative beverage offerings, driving sales and enhancing the overall cafe experience.
  • Contribute to event planning and execution, delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring our spaces are always stocked and prepared for members.
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • Proven barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, adapting to guest needs and preferences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.
  • Genuine passion for building relationships, with a strong ability to bring warmth to every interaction.
