We are seeking a customer-centric individual with:
- Experience in inbound customer service roles involving problem-solving and logistics.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with structured KPIs.
- Exceptional customer interaction skills with the ability to manage conflict.
- A solution-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in working across different systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and PCP.
