Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for families, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls, arranging funeral logistics, and providing outstanding support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound calls from families, providing guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.
  • Arrange the logistics of funeral delivery, including communication with government agencies and families.
  • Provide exceptional support to families, ensuring their experience is compassionate and empowering.
  • Contribute to the development of content and resources to support our customers.
Requirements
  • A passion for helping people in their greatest time of need.
  • Dedication to delivering a truly great customer experience.
  • Commitment to ensuring people experience end-of-life planning with compassion and grace.
  • Autonomous and ambitious, with strong attention to detail and methodical under pressure.
  • A valid driver's license and residence within 25km of Perth.
