Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the HR Strategic Partner for ANZ will be situated at our Notting Hill headquarters, enjoying a flexible work environment with the option for hybrid arrangements. This role is pivotal in executing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and global strategies. The HR Partner will collaborate with leadership to deliver both strategic and operational HR guidance, including:

  • Assessing talent requirements and orchestrating talent development, performance enhancement, and succession planning;
  • Overseeing employee relations issues;
  • Implementing data-driven strategies that promote a positive workplace culture, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction;
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, legal standards, and regulations;
  • Evaluating HR metrics to uncover trends and support informed decision-making;
  • Identifying and executing enhancements in HR processes and operations;
  • Maintaining a focus on safety in all HR activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline;
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, emphasizing business partnership and strategic HR support;
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations;
  • Adept at balancing empathy with business insight and acumen;
  • Experience in leveraging HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions;
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office applications;
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly;
  • Flexibility and readiness to navigate multiple, shifting priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive outlook and eagerness to learn;
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building, influencing, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, communication, organization, and task management.
