Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Planning: Provide support and guidance on workforce planning, including succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a unionized environment.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment law and industrial relations.
