We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our team at YMCA Victoria. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for delivering our Recreation marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sector-based campaigns that meet sector and business needs, brand, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Provide regular reports to key sector leadership and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated agency to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset and excellent execution skills. You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic campaign planning, with a strong understanding of advertising, marketing, digital, and print media planning.
  • Experience in community engagement marketing, preferably with a recreation, sport, and leisure background.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Project management experience, including budget management, task prioritization, and time management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Project Management (or a degree or post-graduate qualification that demonstrates similar skills).
