About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTI's ANZ fleet. A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance, controls, and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles.
- Partner closely with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements upheld.
- Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Produce quarterly performance and insights reports to senior management.
- Manage capital expenditure and review month-end invoicing.
- Manage data for FBT reporting.
- Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
- Assist and provide mentoring and leadership to the Fleet Administrator.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager who has a proven track record in a similar role within a growing, fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the following attributes:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong written communication and numeracy skills.
