About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at KION Group, a global leader in industrial trucks and supply chain solutions. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and driving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Sales and Project Management teams to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with our Software Development team to ensure effective communication and integration of HR systems with business operations.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain operations.
