Effective leaders drive business growth by leveraging market insights and strategic partnerships. We are seeking a talented professional to lead our segment operations, fostering collaboration and innovation across divisions and regions.
This role reports directly to the local division manager and involves driving sales growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute market strategies, build relationships with key external influencers, and leverage ABB's strengths to capture new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead segment team members in reinforcing global sales efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement market strategies, including direct, third-party, and project sales.
- Foster collaboration across divisions and regions, driving knowledge sharing and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing degree.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
