About the Role

Our company is seeking a Regional Segment Lead, responsible for defining and implementing market segment strategies across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Country Leadership teams to drive business growth in industry and renewables sectors.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, innovate and measure their impact.
  • Build profitable growth strategies for segments and accounts, focusing on customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Monitor and analyze pipelines, forecasting, and tracking metrics.
  • Evaluate and develop long-term partnerships through multiple channels.

Requirements

You must hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or engineering. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in electrical power equipment is required. Strong leadership skills for direct and indirect teams are essential.
