This Position reports to:
Local Division Mngr-DrivesProducts&SysDr

ABB's System Drives Business is seeking an experienced Segment Manager to lead marketing and sales for products, systems, and services within defined industry segments. Based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, you'll drive growth in sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction. You'll also develop and execute market strategies—including direct, third-party, and project sales—while fostering cross-division and regional collaboration.

**Work model -**Hybrid

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading the segment team members and reinforcing global sales efficiency and performance.
- Building relationships with key external influencers/key customers and leveraging ABB's strengths to capture new business opportunities.
- Driving and ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-division and cross-country collaborations.
- Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify industry segment trends, practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Ability to develop and implement market strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate
